We’re Hiring:
Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can build, optimise and scale a multi-channel growth engine across digital, performance, content, and brand.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing mobility startup tackling one of the UK’s biggest accessibility challenges. You’ll shape how thousands of people discover ORA and help us bring accessible transport to more families across the UK.
Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in-office)
Salary: Competitive
Experience: 3–6 years
Reports to: Director of CX & Ops
About ORA
Our vision is simple but ambitious: to create a world where everyone can move freely and independently.
We believe accessibility is the cornerstone of a better tomorrow – and we’re building it today.
Our mission: to enable 15 million accessible journeys a year by 2030 through innovative mobility solutions.
At ORA, we’re transforming how disabled people, carers, and families move, travel, and live freely. From wheelchair-accessible car rentals to flexible subscriptions, we’re building a brand that puts people and purpose at the heart of mobility.
The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to get hands-on, optimise campaigns, and help grow one of the UK’s most exciting mobility startups.
You’ll be responsible for delivering and refining campaigns across Meta, Google, Performance Max, SEO, and email — turning strategy into measurable results.
You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager (who creates organic content) and our agency partners, ensuring every campaign — online or offline — builds awareness, drives conversions, and strengthens ORA’s mission.
What You’ll Do
Campaign management & optimisation:
- Run and optimise multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, and email (including retargeting and PMax).
- Track and report on CAC, ROAS, lead volume, and conversions.
- Support SEO and local optimisation (on-page updates, blog scheduling, keyword tracking, Google Business).
- Manage conference and sponsorship activity — helping with collateral, logistics, and event promotion. Experiment with new channels and report learnings to leadership.
Creative collaboration
- Partner with the Social Media Manager to align paid and organic activity.
- Brief agencies or freelancers for ad creatives, landing pages, or videos.
- Support PR and partnership campaigns where needed.
Delivery & ownership
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting with accuracy.
- Work autonomously day-to-day, while collaborating with leadership on strategy and testing.
- Bring fresh, data-driven ideas for growing reach and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–6 years’ experience in marketing, performance, or growth roles — ideally in a startup or consumer brand.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, and SEO.
- Analytical mindset — confident turning data into clear actions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
- Proactive, curious, and mission-driven attitude.
Why ORA
- Be part of a purpose-led startup transforming accessible transport in the UK.
- Join a small, creative, impact-driven team where your ideas shape the brand.
- Hybrid working — 2 days per week in our London office.
- 25 days holiday + your birthday off + Christmas shutdown.
- £500 annual learning budget and strong progression opportunities.
How to Apply
Send your CV and a short note about a campaign you’re proud of to hafsa.ameen@openroadaccess.co.uk.
Bonus: include one quick idea for improving ORA’s customer acquisition funnel.
We welcome applications from disabled people and carers and can make adjustments throughout the process.
