How do I pay for my mobility car rental?

The deposit for your mobility vehicle hire is just £60. We don’t take cash, and we can’t accept pre-paid debit cards. Instead, you can pay for your mobility car rental with your debit or credit card.

Do I have to be a certain age to book a mobility car hire?

Yes. Either you or the person sorting the mobility car hire for you needs to be at least 18 years of age.

I’d like to have more than one driver – is that ok?

Having multiple drivers for your disabled car hire is no issue for us. Just let us know, and we’ll add each driver to your booking. We’ll just need a few details, that’s all.

Having your friends or family share the driving between themselves is a great way to make the most of your mobility car hire. So, if you plan on having multiple drivers, just let us know. We’ll take some details and get it sorted for you.

Likewise, if you’re hiring our WAVs for your business – perhaps you run a care home, for example – it’s helpful if different members of your team can handle the driving. Again, all we need is a few details and we can set that up for you.

How long will my mobility car hire period last?

The short answer is as long as you like! You can book a mobility car rental with us for anywhere from one day to one year. The good news is that we can be flexible too. If you decide you want your mobility car hire a bit longer, just let us know. If you give us 24 hours notice, we’ll extend the mobility vehicle hire period for you, no problem.

What if I need to cancel?

If your plans alter and you need to cancel your mobility car hire, just let us know.

If you cancel 48 hours before delivery, you get a full refund.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before delivery, you get a full refund as an Open Road Access credit.

If you cancel less than 12 hours before delivery, you get a full refund as an Open Road Access credit minus £50 to cover our costs.
