The Administration staff are so caring and have total understanding of the needs of the hirers and, more importantly the disabled person’s needs whether a driver or a passenger.

Our rental was to take the vehicle abroad which involved much more paperwork than normal. We were pleased with the diligence of ORA when we were stopped at the French/Italian border and, when I presented the officer with a large file, I could sense his disappointment when he photographed everything, discussed it with a colleague and presented it back to me saying everything was in order.
This is the second time we have rented a vehicle to take abroad from ORA and we recommend them totally.

A tip, is to always double check that the vehicle offered is of the correct size and layout for your needs. As there are many options ORA can offer.

We recently got the first time hired an accessible transit van and had an excellent service throughout, from booking until the end. It's genuinely designed with accessibility in mind snd stress free.
All help and support from the office was excellent in picking what was suitable for us. No question was a problem.
The vehicle was huge and was assured it was a beauty to drive. It was clean and Paul took his time in showing us how to operate. The whole trip felt safe, comfortable and well organised.
