What happens if your situation changes?
Life doesn’t follow a fixed contract — and neither does ORA.
- If your Motability or private car arrives
- You can end your subscription early with proof of delivery (where applicable).
- If your circumstances change
- If your vehicle needs change, Ora can arrange a vehicle swap for a fees of £650 per swap.
- In the event of bereavement
- We will end the subscription immediately and without penalty.
- You’ll always speak to a real person who understands the situation.

A subscription is an all-inclusive monthly hire covering the vehicle, insurance, breakdown cover, and delivery.
Yes. You can end your subscription at no cost once your Motability or private car has been delivered, just let us know and provide proof of delivery.

Yes, a refundable deposit of £60 will be required. This is refunded automatically when vehicle is returned in good condition

No – all vehicles can be driven on a standard UK licence. (Restrictions apply for larger minibuses; our team will advise.)
