To book your WAV, we need to know
- Your full name
- Bank details
- Flight details
- Proof of address
- Rental start and end dates
- Driver details: full name, driver’s licence number, driver insurance questionnaire
- Your wheelchair details: length, width, height, and weight
Make sure to book at least a month in advance, especially during peak seasons.

- Go through customs and baggage claim, with airport assistance if arranged.
- Your delivery driver will meet you in the arrivals hall, dressed in their ORA uniform with a sign bearing your name.
