To book your WAV, we just need to know:
  • Your full name
  • Bank details
  • Flight details
  • Proof of address
  • Rental start and end dates
  • Driver details – full name, driver’s licence number, driver insurance questionnaire
  • Your wheelchair details – length, width, height, and weight

It’s a good idea to book at least a month before your trip, especially during peak travel seasons.

How does it work?

  • As soon as you book, we’ll send you a confirmation email and text message.
  • You’ll be assigned a delivery driver. Your driver will monitor your flight for delays or changes and get in touch if you need to tweak the delivery arrangements.  
  • Go through customs and baggage claim, with airport assistance if arranged.
  • Your delivery driver will meet you in the arrivals hall, dressed in their ORA uniform with a sign bearing your name.
  • Your driver will help you with your luggage and take you to your WAV.
  • Your driver will show you how the WAV works – how to enter and exit the vehicle, use the wheelchair restraints, and anything else you need to know before handing you the keys.
  • Rental age: Minimum age of 21 with a valid driver’s licence.
  • Mileage allowance: Enjoy unlimited mileage with every rental.
  • Insurance: Cover for drivers with an international licence, subject to our standard insurance questions and completion of a no-claims declaration form.
  • Fuel policy: Your vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel. You can either return it in full or opt for us to refuel it for you.
