Why we exist
The transport accessibility gap is one of the biggest, yet most overlooked, barriers to independence. It limits access to education, employment, and connection.
- We’re changing that. ORA was founded on the conviction that accessibility is a fundamental right.
- From day one, our approach has been shaped by real stories and real needs. Our first initiative — a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) rental service
- Designed in consultation with over 1,000 wheelchair users. Every feature, every policy, every choice was made with disabled people, not just for them
- And we’re not done listening. Our customer panels keep us honest and help us evolve beyond what’s acceptable — toward what’s truly excellent.
