Most Frequent Questions & Answers

We have the largest range of accessible hire vehicles in the UK and our expert team are here to ensure that you have the right vehicle for your needs. 

We accept all major credit and debit cards. The standard deposit during your booking will be £60. We do not accept cash or pre-paid debit card payments for the booking cost or the deposit.

Yes, just let us know when we are finalising the booking with you and we will take care of the rest.

Extend for as long as you’d like, just let us know at least 24 hours before your original scheduled return. 

Your delivery driver will arrive at your home address to hand off the keys, explain how to use the vehicle and verify your license. Yep… that’s really it!

  • We appreciate plans change. No problem. 
  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund in ORA credit.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled delivery time will be subject to a £50 cancellation / rescheduling fee which will be deducted from your refunded ORA credit.

If you have been involved in a road accident within the previous 6 months, our hire charges may be subject to change and/or variation due to increased insurance costs.  Please contact us to discuss this further.  In this situation we recommend that you contact our sister company, Proximo Limited, as they are one of the UK’s leading accident management companies and they may be able to support you with a claim.
