We accept a variety of payment methods for renting an ORA vehicle, including:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Bank Transfers.

Rental prices start from £75 per day. The exact cost of renting an ORA vehicle depends on the size of the vehicle you require, the duration of your rental period, and the delivery and collection address. You will require the following information to book an ORA vehicle:

– Your information: Full name, Bank details, proof of address

– Hire details: Hire start and end dates; collection and delivery address

– Wheelchair details: Wheelchair length, width, height and weight

– Driver details: Full name, driver licence number, driver insurance questionnaire

ORA operates in 24-hour billing periods. For example, DD/MM/YYYY at 09:00 to DD/MM/YYYY at 09:00 is 1 day hire.

Yes. An additional deposit of £60.00 is required on a credit or debit card in the renter’s name and registered to their address. The deposit will be refunded 14 days after the hire vehicle is returned to ORA.

There are no additional or hidden charges for renting an ORA.

Yes, it is possible to book an ORA if you are not the recipient of the vehicle. 

No. This is not required as payment is collected in advance of hire.
