Questions & Answers - Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your ORA rental by contacting us on T: 0300 045 4505 or E: [email protected]. Please note that:

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before delivery are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Cancellations made up to 2 days before delivery are eligible for a full refund in ORA credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 days before delivery are not eligible for a refund.

 

*ORA credit must be used within 6 months

*Refunds to your original payment method may take up to 14 days to be processed and appear in your account.

Cancellation by Open Road Access:

Open Road Access reserves the right to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability, safety concerns). In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund or an alternative vehicle of similar category, subject to availability.

Early Return and Amendments:

Any amendments to the booking, including changes to the rental period or vehicle type, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Yes, a modification fee of £50 may apply.

Yes, subject to availability. You can do this by contacting the ORA team.

Yes, you may be charged for an additional rental day if the vehicle is not ready for collection at the agreed time.
