We operate between 9 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday. Our team will work with you to determine the most convenient time slot, ensuring your vehicle is delivered within that agreed time frame.

Yes, this may be possible in certain circumstances.

Yes. Please note that if you require delivery and collection of ORA vehicles from different addresses, a small fee may apply.

Yes, ORA offers delivery to major airports in England. To find the best solution for your needs, please contact our team at 0300 045 4505 or email us at [email protected].

If there is an emergency breakdown, please contact the RAC on 0330 159 8778.

If there are any minor issues such as a punctured tyre, ORA has relationships with many established garages across the UK, including Kwik Fit, ATS and National Tyres. All you need to do is contact your local garage and inform them of the vehicle registration number.

There are no mileage limits on ORA rentals.
