2. THE PRIZE DRAW

The competition is a prize draw open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), who are aged 18 years or over.

3. THE PRIZES

1. A three-night stay for up to four people at Heddwch Cottage, New Quay, including WAV rental.

• This self-catering stay (meals and drinks not included) is available between 8 September 2025 and 27 March 2026, excluding the period
• from 20 December 2025 to 01 January 2026.
• Bookings are subject to availability and the winner must provide a minimum of 14 days advance notice.
• Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 11am.
• A deposit may be required as a damages and cautionary security deposit.
• The stay may be extended at a discounted rate at Cottage’s discretion.

     2. One week’s WAV rental, subject to the availability and standard ORA booking conditions.

• The rental will include insurance, breakdown cover and collection/delivery to the winner’s address in the UK.
• Your vehicle reservation must be made 14 days prior to the hire start date and is subject to availability.
• Your hire is subject to driver eligibility requirements which will be provided at the time of booking.
• Your hire is subject to our usual Terms and Conditions of hire and are in addition to the terms and conditions of this offer.
• In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between these terms and our Terms and Conditions, our Terms and Conditions shall take
• precedence.
• Customers must be aged 18 years or over to drive an Open Road Access vehicle.

     3. A pair of AirPods.

• These will be posted to the winner’s address.

4. CONDITIONS

• Prizes are as stated with no cash or other alternatives offered.
• Prizes are not transferable.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

HOW TO ENTER

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• To enter the competition, complete the online entry form at https://openroadaccess.co.uk/stories/ by 23:59 on 21 March 2025.
• Entries must include your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• To double your chances of winning, visit the ORA Pit Stop at the Naidex event on March 19-20 at stand G110, NEC Birmingham, and record a video sharing your thoughts on accessibility. This video will count as a second entry.
• The competition will disqualify any entries received after the closing date and entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties, or in bulk.
• By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

• Employees of the Promoter, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may require information to verify that entries have not been made by ineligible third parties.
• The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition and to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which must be provided within 3 working days). The Promoter may refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, refuse further participation in the competition and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this competition’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the competition or won using fraudulent means.
• In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between these terms and our Terms and Conditions, our Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

• Winners will be chosen at random and notified by email. If the prize is not claimed within 5 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.
• Details of the winner will be announced via Open Road Access’s e-newsletter and social media channels within 21 days of the closing date.
• The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your competition entry.

9. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

• If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter and the Supplier may use your name and image to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
• You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter and Supplier.
• Information regarding personal data, which is provided by you when you submit your entry, will be processed in a database for the purpose of managing this competition.
• By entering this competition you agree to receive marketing messages from Open Road Access. You may opt out at any time.
• Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. By participating in the competition, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers. You can withdraw your consent at any time, but will no longer be able to participate.

10. GENERAL

• The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• The prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social network. You are providing your information to Open Road Access.
