The Promoter

The Promoter is Open Road Access, 201 Borough High St, London SE1 1JA (“ORA”).

The Competition

Promotion Details

1. The title of the promotion is the Open Road Access WAV Weekend Giveaway.
2. The promotion is a prize draw.
3. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
4. The Promoter may require proof of identity, age, and residency.

How to Enter

5. The promotion opens on 10th Feb 2026 and closes on 13 Feb 2026.
6. To enter:
   • Comment on the official giveaway post on ORA’s Instagram or Facebook page; and/or
   • Tag one or more real individuals who may be interested in the giveaway.
7. No purchase is necessary.
8. Multiple comments or repeated tagging do not increase chances of winning.
9. Entries generated by bots, fake accounts, or bulk-entry methods will be disqualified.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure of any kind.

Winner Selection & Contact

11. One winner will be selected at random from valid entries after the Closing Date.
12. The winner will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook direct message from ORA’s official account.
13. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, ORA reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The Prize

Prize Details

14. The prize is:
    • One complimentary weekend rental of a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) from ORA.
15. The rental must be booked and taken before 30 April 2026.
16. The rental is subject to:
    • Vehicle availability;
    • ORA’s standard rental Terms & Conditions;
    • Driver licence, insurance, and eligibility checks;
    • Any applicable insurance excess or damage liability.
17. Fuel, parking, tolls, fines, or other running costs are not included unless expressly stated.
18. If the winner cannot meet ORA’s eligibility or insurance requirements, ORA may withdraw the prize and select another winner.
19. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available.

Content & Publicity Conditions

21. Acceptance of the prize is conditional upon the winner:
    • Taking at least one photo with the WAV during the rental; and
    • Sharing at least one post or story on Instagram or Facebook tagging ORA’s official account; and
    • Accepting ORA’s collaborator request where applicable.
22. By participating, the winner grants ORA a royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost and use submitted content for reasonable promotional purposes.
23. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the promotion.

Data Protection

24. Personal data provided will be processed for the purposes of administering this promotion in accordance with UK GDPR and ORA’s Privacy Policy.
25. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Liability

26. Nothing in these terms limits ORA’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
27. ORA is not responsible for any loss, damage, or cost arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize, except as required by law.

General

28. ORA reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw this promotion where necessary.
29. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.
30. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta (Instagram or Facebook).
